Mission Statement

At Cockburn Town Seventh-day Adventist Church, we the members exists to reach the lost and direct them to the saving knowledge that God desires all men to come to repentance and remission of sins in His name- Jesus. Therefore, we proclaim the Good News of Jesus Christ to the Island of San Salvador, the Bahamas and in extent the entire world, as mandated it Matthew 24:18-20. We seek to maintain our relationship with God, direct all glory, kudos, and worship to Him, and inspire in all persons a love for Christ, a passion for righteousness, and a consciousness of their duties to God and their fellow human beings. We pledge our lives to Christ and covenant with each other to demonstrate His Spirit through worship, witnessing, and ministry to the needs of the people of this church and the community.
